Stonebridge Associates is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst for a two-year opportunity to work on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions for middle market and emerging growth technology companies. Primary responsibilities include performing in-depth financial analyses, researching companies and industries, and assisting senior team members with preparations to market deals to potential buyers or investors. This position includes significant deal responsibility and client exposure.
Qualified candidates should possess 1-2 years of investment banking/corporate finance/accounting experience. Candidates will be evaluated on their written and oral communication skills, comfort and aptitude with quantitative analysis, integrity, interpersonal skills, ambition, and ability to work as part of a team.
This is a pre-MBA position.
