We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst for a two year opportunity to work on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions across a wide spectrum of industries. Primary responsibilities include performing in-depth financial analyses, researching companies and industries, and assisting senior team members with preparations to market deals to potential buyers or investors. This position includes significant deal responsibility and client exposure.
Qualified candidates should possess 1-2 years of investment banking/commercial banking/accounting experience. Candidates will be evaluated on proven written and oral communication skills, comfort and familiarity with quantitative analysis, emphasis on integrity, interpersonal skills, willingness to work hard and a teamwork orientation.

Stonebridge Associates, LLC is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to assist the group in structuring and negotiating private placements of equity securities and merger and acquisition transactions for middle market and emerging growth companies. The Associate will participate in every aspect of a transaction from the initial engagement to the closing, including the review or preparation of offering materials, the marketing of transactions to investors or acquirers and the negotiation, structuring and closing of the transaction. The position offers broad-based exposure to investment banking as well as the opportunity to work closely with senior management and the founding entrepreneurs of middle market and emerging growth companies.
Qualified candidates should have an MBA, or should be a candidate for an MBA from a top tier business school. One or two years of corporate finance/ commercial banking/ accounting experience is required. Our criteria by which we select candidates emphasize proven written and oral communication skills, comfort and familiarity with quantitative analysis, intelligence, interpersonal skills and a willingness to work hard within a team-oriented environment.
We are also seeking a Vice President to join our team. The Vice President will work within Stonebridge Associates to assist in arranging, structuring and negotiating merger and acquisition transactions and private placements of debt and equity securities for middle market and emerging technology clients. The Vice President will participate in every aspect of a transaction from the initial review of the opportunity and engagement of the client to the closing of the transaction. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the transaction and management of the client relationship. The position offers broad-based exposure to investment banking as well as the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and senior management of our client base.
At least four years of post-MBA corporate finance experience is required. Finally, Stonebridge is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Director to develop and implement all aspects of the firm’s marketing strategy, direct marketing initiatives and communications/PR programs. The firm is looking to hire a dynamic individual with strong strategic marketing and management expertise, direct marketing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in marketing professional services a plus, but not required. This position will provide the desired candidate with the opportunity to work directly with the firm’s senior executives to develop Stonebridge’s marketing strategy and programs. The expectation is that the position will involve 2 to 3 days per week with the specific days worked to be determined by the candidate. The Marketing Director will be supported by the firm’s administrative and analyst staff. Compensation will include a competitive salary that will be commensurate with the individual’s work experience and will include the opportunity to earn merit-based bonuses.
Responsibilities include: developing and managing all aspects of the firm’s marketing strategy; assisting in developing the firm’s brand and corporate messaging programs for Stonebridge Associates and its division, Stonebridge Technology Associates; coordinating/executing the firm’s direct marketing initiatives; developing marketing communications materials; managing the firm’s PR initiatives; and coordinating firm marketing events.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: four year degree required; minimum of 7 years marketing experience; proven direct marketing experience; ability to think creatively and strategically; experience/willingness to execute marketing programs and initiatives; excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-developed analytical skills; ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment; superior record of achievement; attention to detail and ability to multi-task; and exceptional work ethic and integrity.
