(NYSE: SWI) of Austin, Texas. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Somerville, Massachusetts, DNS Enterprise is an established leader in providing on-demand monitoring and troubleshooting tools that help companies detect and address email, domain name server (DNS), and related cyber-security problems.
Stonebridge Associates assisted DNS Enterprise in responding to a preemptive inquiry from SolarWinds. In this capacity, Stonebridge provided advisory services related to evaluating the initial offer and guidance on prevailing market conditions and recent comparable transactions within the industry—assisting DNS Enterprise in negotiating the transaction.
