BOSTON, MA–August 2, 2011–Investment banking firm Stonebridge Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Stefanie Dhanda to Principal. “As a founding member of our firm, Stefanie has provided expert advice to clients across a wide range of industries—successfully executing highly complex merger and acquisition (M&A), capital raise, and strategic advisory assignments for private and publicly traded companies. This promotion reflects her longstanding dedication and growing contribution to the firm,” said Bob Cronin, co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Stonebridge Associates.
With the firm since 1994, Stefanie takes a lead role in managing the transaction process—from initial due diligence through negotiation and closing. She also serves as the company's primary liaison with private equity firms.
Prior to joining Stonebridge, Stefanie served as a financial analyst for Kidder, Peabody, and Co. where she focused on initial public offerings and M&A transactions in the retail sector.
