Stonebridge Associates Welcomes Grant Grava as Senior Vice President
and Ginny Caggiano as Vice President

BOSTON, Massachusetts—July 24, 2008—Investment banking firm Stonebridge Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Grant L. Grava as Senior Vice President and Ginny L. Caggiano as Vice President of Marketing. In his new role, Grant will focus on a range of transactions across industries in the middle market, including the technology sector. Ginny will oversee Stonebridge’s marketing and public relations activities.

Grant L. Grava
Mr. Grava most recently worked in the M&A group at Jefferies & Company where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare services, media, technology, and telecom. Over the course of his career, Grant has advised on transactions for a diverse roster of clients including Hologic, Lydian Capital, Genius Products, Imaginova, SBS Broadcasting, Epicor Software, and Concerto Software, among others. Formerly, Grant was Vice President at SG Cowen—where he primarily focused on technology companies—an Associate in Prudential Securities’ Media and Telecom Investment Banking group, and a corporate finance consultant in Coopers & Lybrand’s Latvian office. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Columbia College and holds an M.B.A. in finance and international business from Columbia Graduate School of Business. Ginny L. Caggiano
Prior to joining Stonebridge, Ginny founded Caggiano Consulting, Inc., a marketing consultancy specializing in copywriting, public relations, and marketing strategy. In this capacity, she provided high-level marketing expertise to dozens of companies, including Charles Schwab, Putnam Investments, MFS, DWS Scudder, Mercer, and MetLife. Before starting her own firm, Ginny served as the Director of Marketing for Integral, Inc., a management consulting firm founded by the former dean of Harvard Business School.
