Stonebridge Associates Announces Promotions

BOSTON, Massachusetts—June 26, 2008—Investment banking firm Stonebridge Associates has promoted Stefanie A. Dhanda from Vice President to Senior Vice President. This announcement follows the recent promotion of Annette Vaughan to Principal. “Over the years, Stefanie and Annette have been outstanding contributors to our firm’s progress. With the firm since 1994 and a founding member of Stonebridge Associates, Dhanda takes a lead role in managing the transaction process—from initial due diligence through to successful closing. As an experienced investment banker, she has been involved in a wide range of merger and acquisition (M&A) and private placement transactions totaling more than $1.75 billion. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Stefanie served as a financial analyst for Kidder, Peabody, and Co. where she focused on M&As and initial public offerings for companies in the retail sector. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Finance and a concentration in Operations & Strategic Management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Annette Vaughan joined Stonebridge in 2000 after receiving her M.B.A. from Babson College, where she was named an F.W. Olin Fellow. During her tenure with the firm, Annette has helped execute more than $1 billion in M&A and private financing transactions for companies in the middle market and emerging growth sectors—with particular emphasis on family-owned businesses. Previously, she was Legislative Director for New Hampshire Congressman Charles F. Bass in the U.S. House of Representatives and a Summer Associate at Fidelity Ventures. Ms. Vaughan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
